Origin of the story
Positive Long-term Relationship
Polytronics Technology, the parent company of TCLAD, has had a positive long-term relationship with us since its establishment in 1997. When Polytronics Technology learned about the M&A investment opportunity available in the Thermal Clad division of the Henkel Group in August 2019, it immediately invited us to participate in the assessment.
On-site Inspection Assistance
We went to the United States for an on-site inspection during due diligence. Over the course of more than one year, we worked together on evaluating the Thermal Clad division of the Henkel Group. Positive communication flowed on both sides and the capital injection was completed in February 2021.
