Registered in Shanghai, CDIB Private Equity (China) Corporation was established in 2012 as a wholly-owned subsidiary of CDIB capital Group that raises and manages renminbi-denominated private equity funds in Mainland China. CDIB Private Equity (China) commands a 65% stake in CDIB Yida Private Equity (Kunshan) and a 70% stake in CDIB Private Equity (Fujian).
CDIB Private Equity (Fujian) Co. Ltd. was established in 2013 to manage CDIB Private Equity (Fujian) Enterprise (a PE fund structured as a limited partnership), which is a joint venture of CDIB Capital Group (CCG) and Fujian Electronics & Information (Group) Co., Ltd. Assets under management of the fund are Rmb1bn and it is the first renminbi-denominated private equity fund to be established between Taiwanese financial institutions and Chinese entities. The fund concentrates on the IT and consumer goods & services sectors, striving to maximize investment returns by capitalizing on advantages in industries and markets in Taiwan, Mainland China and Hong Kong.

Ltd. was established in 2014 and managed CDIB Yida Private Equity (Kunshan) Enterprise and CDIB Yida Healthcare Private Equity Enterprise (i.e. PE funds structured as limited partnerships), which are joint ventures of CDIB Capital Group and Jiangsu Govtor Capital Group in Kunshan, Jiangsu Province. CDIB Yida Private Equity (Kunshan) Enterprise has assets under management totaled Rmb1bn and aims to capture investment opportunities in eastern China. Investment targets encompass consumer goods & services, high-end manufacturing & clean energy and IT & internet and new materials. CDIB Yida Healthcare Private Equity Enterprise has a total commitment of Rmb 422mn and adopts cross-border, China+ investment strategy. The fund focuses on healthcare sub-sectors with high growth over the next 5 to 10 years in Greater China, spanning biotech, precision medicine, high-end medical devices, and digital healthcare.
