Mr. Kuo has been acting president participating in the establishment of CDIB Capital Innovation Accelerator Fund since 2015. He founded MosArt Semiconductor Corp. in Taiwan, and led the R&D team developing several leading global wireless communication chips as president there. Mr. Kuo has over 20 years of entrepreneurial experience in the high-tech industry.
