Origin of The Story
Renowned Network of Resources
In 2015, WellJoint Technology hired a highly experienced professional to be a core member of the team developing the call center’s big data business. Optimistic about the company’s prospects, he introduced our investment team in Shanghai to WellJoint. It was the start of a mutually beneficial relationship.
CDIB Yida Private Equity (Kunshan) Enterprise
In 2017, WellJoint Technology was successfully listed on the NEEQ and got a headstart on big data and cloud customer services. WellJoint hoped to introduce external shareholders to rapidly develop the company, and began negotiating investment plans with the original shareholders and the CDIB Yida Private Equity (Kunshan) Enterprise. After three months of evaluation and investment structure negotiation, WellJoint successfully acquired this funding.
